Round 1 Testing: On-Demand scanner progress bar not appearing for some file name

I'm not sure what causes it. Initially I thought it was just long names with special characters (Korean), but it seems short names cause it too.

The progress bar is only used for file upload operations. If there is not necessary to upload the sample file to the server, the progress bar will not be shown.

Thank you for your feedback. As Hendy here has pointed out, this behavior is intentional. If you think we should do otherwise, please feel free to tell us why on a new thread on the Suggestion section of the beta. If possible we'd like to know your preference of execution.
