Questions about Trusted certificate

Hello!
Somoto certification - they have a lot of potentially unwanted programs. Maybe we should remove them from the database Trusted certificate ?
Potentially unwanted program (virustotal result ) not deected by SecureAplus because it have Trusted certificate or because of other error? (screenshot)

Trusted certs and signed files are a similar concept?
If yes It would be fine to have an option to only accept Microsoft signed files.
