Universal AV personal problems.

Hello, I saw that Universal AV uploading files automatically to the cloud or Stopping completely but there is some problems with that for me.
First is My internet is limited 40GB in Month.
Second is My internet speed is 10Mb
My PC scanned files is more than 2.7TB & 1.5Billion files.
I would like to suggest a solution for this problem and it is
Adding (Ask me Before uploading) opinion, So we can upload files we really wants to upload.
\Side problems:
The scan doesn't have [Stop] button, We need it to stop the whole scan and start a new scan.
 We need opinion for How longer the scan will pause and re-scan.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Your feedback is very valuable for improving our product in the future.
For the file upload, not all files from your hard disk will be uploaded. We only upload executable files, and only if we don't have the same file in our server.
Currently you can set the limit for daily upload that suitable for your internet plan (from Settings->Universal AV->Daily Upload Limit). If you have files in certain folders where you do not want to upload, you can specify them in the exclusion list (from Settings->Scan Settings->Exclusions).
