« on: July 17, 2015, 09:41:28 PM »
My system get BSOD when I right click on dvd/bd drive in start->computer on windows 7x64 pro. After removing secureaplus bsod stopped & came back once I installed sap.

I attached dxdiag & bluescreenview's export of 12 latest bsods.

To help us to diagnose, can you please zip and send us (secureaplus@secureage.com) the following file:
C:\Windows\Memory.dmp

If there are minidump files, you can also zip and send us the following folder:
 C:\Windows\Minidump\

Thanks and regards,
Hendy Chandra

We have just released v3.4.0 that fixed the BSOD when right click on dvd/cd drive and the issue when upgrading to Windows 10.
