AVG engine flagging ESET

hi, after my first computer scan, only AVG engine false flagging ESET. AVG flagging this file " C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\speclean.exe", i scanned it in virustotal but AVG not detected it. Here is screenshot, please fix it.
